As a committed practitioner and student of yoga, both on and off the mat, Susan has developed a fluid style of yoga flavored by her predominant studies in Ashtanga and vinyasa techniques.

Susan has been involved in exercise and fitness instruction for over 28 years. Her focus on health for the mind, body, and spirit led her to yoga practice and instruction.
