Susan's Power Flow Yoga is unique in its structure and guidance. The five basic practice components include:

  • meditation (dhyana)

These five components are integrated into the practice to guide students through an evolution, intuitively addressing past and future to be reborn in the present.

This profound practice changes our perspective on everything by bringing focus, attention, and clarity to our consciousness. It physically, mentally, and emotionally strips away the outer shell that we hide behind and opens the way for our being to flourish in the light.
