Power Flow Yoga: A heated Vinyasa based class designed to build strength, tone muscles, trim fat, and detoxify the body while improving overall flexibility, joint range of motion and peace of mind.
Hatha Yoga: A stationary class using traditional postures in a sequenced format structured to improve overall health and flexibility. The class includes detailed instructions and guided meditation and relaxation.
Kids Yoga: "Healthier Kids for Life" is an in-school and after school program designed to educate, inspire and instill practices for lifelong fitness and wellness of our children. The program sessions occur once a week for 60 minutes and include fitness elements, instructional breathing practices, yoga, and relaxation/guided meditation. These classes are appropriate for children of all ages and target the overall health and well-being of their bodies, minds and spirits.
Hot Vinyasa 3: A dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations. An advanced level class in a heated room. Be prepared to sweat!.

A 40 hour (3 credit) class running for seven weeks. Students will explore the power behind the ancient practice of yoga. The course offers each student the opportunity to develop a personal yoga practice that fosters self-awareness and discovery. With this information, students will cultivate a lifestyle practice that aids in the restoration and maintenance of health and wellness for the mind, body and spirit.
