SPF Yoga Event/Workshop Form

Application and registration fee for the scheduled event/workshop must be received prior to the program date. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Beginning practitioners are welcome. We will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times listed on the website.

Participants should come prepared to practice. Please wear appropriate attire and bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. A certificate of participation validating CEC (Continuing Education Credits) is available upon request for applicable events/workshops/training sessions. Note: there is an additional fee of $15.00 for CEC processing.
